- Ensuring Eco-Connect achieves targeted metrics such as Commission, GMV, No. of sellers and buyers
- Optimizing procurement and logistics costs
- Setting processes leading to higher collections, fulfillment rate
- Lead EcoConnect roadmap both for short and long-term
- Product Development inputs to R&D team
- Support team in selection of right commodities
