Our client also carries out grading of IPOs, assesses financial strength of shipyards, grades various courses of Educational institutions and provides grading services to Energy service companies. As the Economist, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing financial and socioeconomic data, advising and developing models for economic forecasting.

What you will do -

- Effective ratio interpretation and analysis

- Analyzing various risks based on quantitative & qualitative information

- Bringing out economics research on a timely basis

- Accurately doing sub-sovereign ratings on a timely basis and ensuring special projects undertaken are completed within timelines

- Managing and supporting of all articles, corporate presentations for top management & Clients; special economic studies

Candidate Profile - 

What you need to have - 

- Education: BA/ MA (Economics) - Post-graduation is mandatory

- Exhibits strong conceptual knowledge of credit rating and Objectivity in rating analysis; developing sector-specific expertise and keeping track of changes in the respective sectors and analyzing the impact of the same on clients

- Efficient in multitasking and ability to handle complex situations

- Takes personal responsibility for execution /delivery of cases/task at hand

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; report writing skills

- Accuracy and Attention to detail

- Proficient in MS word, excel and powerpoint

Experience: 1 to 3 years
