- Working in close collaboration with outsourced suppliers and several clients; presenting Weekly Reviews to senior management; listing and fulfilling orders on the marketplace (Amazon.com and other Ecommerce Portal) and maintaining process documentation
- Coordinating with vendors on daily basis for promotions and order fulfillment through email and calls and driving staffing plans; interacting and setting up process with Freight forwarders for International shipping setup; coordinating and driving agenda with the automation & technology teams to build scalable solutions
- Monitoring the ratings in the marketplace to be a better seller (fulfilling, shipping and response to customer queries within TAT); managing outsourcing projects Pricing and Task setup
- Supporting the overall process of management and corporate decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and shareholder returns
- Formulating plans to improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability and executing effective sales planning to promote offers for business development
- Exploring potential business avenues and managing retail & sales operations for achieving the business targets; initiating market development efforts and boosting sales
- Developing the long-term business directions of the region to ensure maximum profitability in line with organizational objectives; implementing measures to rebuild the channel, finalized agreements with major retail chains and managing business at retail stores
- Appraising market trends and competitor activities and providing analysis & recommendations to management; leading merchandising campaign, defining goals, prioritizing, executing process & negotiating commercials with key accounts
- Report to CEO regarding business loss and recovery plan (weekly and monthly).
- Regular meeting with MP account manager and department manager regarding team error and SOP change to minimize future loss.
- On a real-time basis escalate critical issues to the business team which requires immediate attention.
- Responsibility for sales target and business planning for all Marketplaces.
- Responsible for maximizing the sales and profit of the categories and achieving sales targets while remaining competitive in the marketplace
- Management of top line and bottom line (P&L), product returns and inventory mix.
- Negotiate with all vendor buying agreements between the company and respective suppliers.
- To ensure 100% customer satisfaction through Seller/brand level monitoring of the NPS score, OOS, Delivery Time, Product Quality, Wrong SKU delivered, etc.
- Handling B2C and B2B teams, analyzing their work and reporting to management
