We are looking for a E- Commerce Product Manager/Consultant for a niche management consulting firm based at Bengaluru

Reports to : Client

Work Timings : 5 days working, ; Working from Office Roster basis;

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : 4-8 years of work experience in e-Commerce domain is preferred ; Exposure to e-commerce Platform implementation or e-Commerce analytics is a plus

Education :Graduate from Premier Engg School + MBA from Premier Institute ( Pref)

Skills Required : E-Commerce Implementation, Portfolio Management

Desirable Skills : e-commerce Platform implementation , e-Commerce analytics

Role Summary:

The role requires an individual with experience in e-Commerce implementation, analytics or managing portfolio. The ideal candidate should be able to understand the client's requirements, convert them to the user stories, work with the UI/UX designers to get the website/app mockups designed, liaise with the e-commerce platform technical team to get the requirements developed and delivered on time as per the business requirement.

Experience in e-Commerce platform implementation would be an added advantage.

Job Description:

1. Program management for the e-Commerce implementation/management for the client

2. Project delivery to ensure the project is delivered on time

3. End to End E-Commerce platform setup by working with the technical partners

4. Convert the business requirements to detailed user stories and plan the development sprints

5. Work with the UI/UX designers and get the website/app mockups developed

6. Manage the feature development, SIT, and UAT testing

7. Identify the right KPIs for the post launch adoption strategy and use of web analytics applications e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase, etc. to track the app performance

8. Assist customers/clients with technical queries related to the functionalities developed

9. User training on the features at go live and the future releases

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to work on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution

- Comfortable with applying technical solutions to business/technical problems through customer interactions, design, debugging, testing, and integration/implementation

- Updated with the recent changes in the e-Commerce domain on the business and technical trends

- Works independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs or systems

- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally

- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues
