eCommerce Operations Manager - Product (5-10 yrs)
ECom Operations Manager
Job Description :
1) Manage complete catalog & content of .com India
2) Execute & Plan new product launch on .com India
3) Managing and executing promotional offers/campaigns on .com
4) Requires working with the business stakeholder to understand new feature/offer/promotions requests
5) Analysis of the Business Problems & Solution design
6) Coordinate & Streamline task with teams spread across multiple locations
7) Manage a Team of 10-12 Tech Ops resources & their task planning
8) Manage content, catalog & offers for Samsung Shop App
9) Maintain Sales Calendar & execution plan, stakeholders management
10) To manage all aspects of E Commerce & key accounts with cross functional activities.
12) Creating and maintaining listings of Issues/Bugs of eCom Platform
13) Review the current inventory and replenishment processes for Samsung.com
14) Prioritize Tech operations work requests for e-Commerce Platform
15) Coordinate Feature Build out between multiple tech teams & stakeholders
16) Ensuring the existing product online is listed properly with correct data, images & offers.
17) Documentation & SOP for the eCom Operations & Tasks
18) Understand eCom platform capabilities and business implications and negotiate with stakeholders (tech team/feature PM Or Subsidiary business) for ecommerce Platform
19) Customer journey of visualizing different feature options on pre-purchase pages, cart, checkout pages,
20) Facilitate tech team / feature PM/ Delivery manager for any clarification from business team.
21) Prepare & maintain catalog excel sheets with various product & offers information.
22) Work with L1/L2 & Third party support Team for the bugs reporting & resolution
23) Competitive pricing analysis.
24) Ensuring the existing product online is listed properly with correct data and images.
25) Maintain process and procedure documents for this role.
Skill Required :
a) Good Understanding of the Software design & architecture
b) Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
c) Detailed understanding of Product and Technology
d) Technical responsibility for planning, monitoring and controlling eCom Operations
e) Proficient in tools usage (Confluence, JIRA, MPP, excel & PPT)
f) Understanding of Tools & Technologies to manage Mobile Apps & MWeb
g) Experience Product Management/Product Development is good to have
h) Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
i ) End to end process management experience.
J) Good Understanding of the Mobile Apps (Android & iOS) & MWeb
k) Parallel task execution & prioritization skills
L) Experience in Program Management
