eCommerce Manager - Sales & Marketing - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
Ecommerce Manager
Key Responsibilities :
Sales : Deliver sales target by executing platform level strategy and partnerships that can help in incremental growth.
Market Intelligence and New Initiatives:
- Identify opportunities by keeping track of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis to predict customer behaviour and market dynamics.
Merchandising and Visibility:
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure sufficient visibility to our products and jointly participate in the marketing events conducted on the platform.
Campaigns:
- Closely work with Marketing team and ensure timely go live of all campaigns related to New Product launches, Social Media Posts etc.
Catalogue Management:
- Timely Creation and Enrichment of all SKUs.
Operations: Work as an Interface between various Internal Stakeholders like Central Marketing, Product, Finance etc. Working closely with Support functions to ensure timely deliveries of stocks to Platforms.
Pre-requisites :
- Extensive experience in multiple markets with sales background.
- Prior E-Commerce Experience mandatory.
- Dynamic builder of relationships with customers, with track record of identifying new areas of opportunity and negotiating complex business deals for mutual benefit.
- Experience managing different accounts in a commercial setting.
- Be able to build a strong customer engagement strategy.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, internally but also externally.
Basic Qualifications :
- MBA preferred
- Ideal candidate should have proficient computer experience (Excel, Access, Word, Internet, Power Point)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative proficiency and custom
