Education Qualification: Masters/ Graduate in any Stream
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the Web
- E-commerce strategy: Managing engagement and business partnerships with the key ecommerce players on various business initiatives including Exclusive Product Launches
- Developing strategic thinking for developing Online space- Channel margins, monthly demand plan
- Leveraging cross-selling opportunities between Modern Trade and e-commerce
- Creating Go To Market strategy and innovation, preparing models with customer segmentation
- Different ideas for innovation to come up with new ideas/plans to innovate for different GTM models
- Aligning with the e-commerce partners and preparing a Joint Business Plan approach with customers
- Developing Joint Account Plans with Online Accounts to ensure Sales growth
- Driving and enabling exclusive launches and marketing campaign integration
- Establishing working relationships with e-commerce partners, improving content on partner platforms, designing Terms of Trade and initiation of a joint activity calendar for businesses
- Understanding the Key Business Drivers for this channel and managing channel forecasts
- Analyzing customer demographics and purchasing behavior to monitor trends and future sales growth
