eCommerce Manager - Retail (4-11 yrs)

Duties & Responsibilities :
- Oversee the company's on-line presence of Website, Indian shopping portals and Social Media.
- Responsible for conveying a consistent brand image that attracts customers by encouraging sales on the Web
- Define the E-commerce strategy and deploy in a consistent way.
- Day to day management of on-line activities
- Search engine optimization
- Oversee design and content creation for digital platforms
- Assist with Technical support of platforms
- Provide insights on how campaigns are performing, using on-line analytical tools.
- Development of on-line campaign execution plans.
- Developing of the on-line strategy Traffic, conversions, conversations, sales and understanding of traffic: demographic targets, search engine traffic, paid on-line traffic, media buying, affiliate marketing strategy etc.
- Interpretation of key analytic & interpretation of important data, making keydecisions based on data - strategy, resource allocation, spend etc.
- Financial planning understand how all of the above directly impacts on the financials.
- Monitor social media conversations and mentions of product and use discretion to respond to questions and comments in a timely and appropriate manner that accurately and positively reflects the brand image
