Our client is looking for an ambitious E-Commerce Manager. You will drive the strategy for not only the current portfolio of brands; you will also chart the course for expanding the portfolio soon by way of new product launches.
- Own the e-commerce vertical with P&L responsibility. Develop relationships with ecommerce teams of various companies; jointly develop e-commerce sales plans with account sales managers.
- Meeting the top line sales objective for the National Accounts with expertise of handling online portal sellers like Amazon, Big Basket etc.
- Overall responsible for sales to these accounts for the PAN India. Having all their products listed in the platforms, maintaining hygiene across all portals.
- Ensuring stock availability with a high degree of forecasting accuracy. Devising marketing strategy for with key portals.
- Develop and manage the Annual Business plans for these National Accounts. Set annual targets for all these accounts.
- Build a relationship with Ecommerce partners/distributors to get efficient terms of trade (TOT).
- Drive profitability improvements for E-commerce. Challenge the existing route to market model and suggest ways of reducing cost in the same.
Essential Criteria :
- MBA with 5+ years of experience in E-commerce at an FMCG company
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; a self-starter, resilient and able to perform
- Leadership experience to lead and nurture a high performing team
- Performance marketing experience on eCommerce or understanding on shopper marketing tactics
- Start-up mentality and ability to work in cross-functional teams internally and external to drive rapid growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines with a flexible approach
- Sound knowledge on various digital marketing aspects (performance marketing, display advertising, social, attribution modelling, etc.)
