eCommerce Manager - FMCG (7-12 yrs)

- Develop and implement strategic initiatives across the internet and online and mobile, resulting in increased traffic, consumer acquisition and consumption and heightened brand awareness

- Optimize marketing efforts like site promotion, online marketing messages, on-site retention, and e-mail management to drive traffic and build product desire

- Execute the marketing strategy around social media,

- Identify viral marketing opportunities with the goal of driving traffic and creating brand awareness with the help of marketing and content syndication partnerships, database newsletter subscription and creative retention management

- Maximize online marketing ROI through natural search engine optimization, paid search advertising management, online display advertising management, global search engine marketing, attribution modeling and management, social media, mobile marketing, product feed management, and other related services

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA with 7-12 years of experience in Ecommerce consumer marketing, with heavy experience in Internet marketing including SEO, SEM, syndication, email, social media and display advertising

- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services online

- Strong blend of marketing and technical leadership abilities with good interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

- Strong presentation skills must provide a point-of-view and be able to back it with supporting business cases, ROIs and models

- High energy individual with an entrepreneurial spirit combined with a disciplined, analytical approach based on facts and data

- Keep track record of driving direct and dramatic, business to consumer customer acquisition & retention results, by focusing on critical few priorities to succeed and clearly measuring outcomes

- Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to see the big picture while still enjoy rolling up his/her sleeves to execute the best marketing programs in the market.

- Rigorous analytical and qualitative skills and ability to demonstrate strategic and innovative thinking

- Track record of excellent partnering, collaboration and influencing across company functions, different cultures and complex time zones including virtual working with teams

- Excellent communication acumen, and strong interpersonal and organizational and presentation skills

- Demonstrated ability and passion to excel within an environment of change, start-up mentality and a drive for continuous improvement
