eCommerce Manager - Dairy/FMCG (3-5 yrs)

- The incumbent will have to create online presence of Company products, improve the market share and make the brand as the preferred choice across all product categories.
Key Deliverables:
- Preparing joint business plan between the brand and the online accounts in line with the E-commerce Annual Operating Plan.
- Identifying listing gaps and covering the gaps.
- Activation of Products, Schemes & various consumer promotions.
- Ensuring 100% fill rate in collaboration with Modern Trade team members and supply chain team.
- Liasioning with Marketing & Finance team for implementation of marketing initiatives and controlling credit.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, delivery & returns processes.
- Ensuring Hygiene and maintenance of products in the market place.
- Ensuring claims are validated and paid in timely manner.
- Ensuring quarterly reconciliation of accounts between the retailer and the brand.
- Managing cross-functional projects for process improvement and co-ordinating with retailers to execute process improvements.
Position Requirements:
- MBA - Sales & Marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG industry with E-commerce role required.
- Understanding of the dairy industry and experience in the same is preferred.
