Job Responsibilities

- Collaborating with vendors such as Amazon, Flipkart, TataCliq for sale of air conditioners

- Provide inputs and help establish effective sales forecasting system for product line , draw up implementation and action plans and monitor progress of initiatives taken / actions deployed.

- Developing and maintaining a steadfast relationship with vendor (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq etc)

- Work along with the category management team of the vendor so as to drive growth in the our category.

- Performing various sales operations activities such as product selection, listing, pricing, product content management, stock planning and delivery

- Managing catalogue listing, product pricing and price upload on e- marketplace at vendor portals

- Using analytical skills for analysing sales trend and generating sales forecast report and ensuring demand planning as per season to maximize all sale opportunities

- Administering complete order management cycle encompassing purchase order confirmation, invoicing & billing, delivery appointments, and return request on E Marketplace vendor portal Coordinating with vendor manager for promotion scheme, product visibility, revenue drive on E marketplace

- Monitoring payment reconciliation and booking with account department in order to ensure smooth business operations Tracking of account health, operating price, customer experience on E-marketplace

- Ensuring all parameters such as promotional offers, pricing, photographs, descriptions are regularly updated on websites

- Establish and nurtured relationship with vendors and in-house cross- function departments for smooth functioning of day-to-day activities

- Creating potential customer base, enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfillment
