eCommerce Lead (6-12 yrs)
The incumbent must be MBA from reputed institute with approximately 7-10 years of experience in strategic role from reputed E Commerce organisations in India.
KRA:
- Lead the E-Commerce business and drive strong growth and shares by driving the brand presence
- Build, manage and develop long term relationships in with E-com partners and leading the contact matrix
- Lead and Negotiate the Joint Business Planning (JBPs) and TOT's with E-com Partners
- Develop plan, KPI and goals for each of the e-commerce partner basis their business strategy, strengths and opportunities
- Lead the relationship with a cross functional teams internally
- Identify new E-commerce trends, platforms, events and opportunities for business growth
- Making the marketing budgets by analysing the sales on the various platforms and events
- Deep understanding marketing and the lead indicators
- Leading & Guiding the team of Key Account Managers
MUST BE CURRENTLY WORKING WITH LEADING E COMMERCE ORGANISATIONS IN INDIA
Location: Kolkata/Bangalore
CTC: Approximately Rs.30,00,000 - 40,00,000/-p.a
