Ecommerce Head

Core requirement :

- Should love motorcycles and enjoy being around them - whether it's a Harley, KTM or a Royal Enfield - we have products for all and want to expand our catalog of accessories for all such mid-premium range bikes

Role :

2 key parameters on the candidate :

- Should have run an ecommerce platform for atleast 2-3 yrs as a seller and sold products on amazon, flipkart, own website etc.

- The goal is that the candidate understand the nitty gritties of ecommerce as a seller and can think of strategies on how to grow it based on hi/'her past execution experience

- The 'Hunter' cum office manager role. We want the candidate to have 4 direct reportees - mainly Marketplaces manage, Website & Marketing Manager, CRM manager & Content Manager reporting into him, who each might have 1-2 reportees under them. 

- The intent is that this person is in office to manage and control the team and bring in a discipline of timing, reports on time
