- Key driver for growth and profitability of ecommerce business including both the brand website as well as market places

- Manage the eCommerce team to identify, prioritize and drive initiatives to grow revenue across all online channels

- Drive improvement in profitability through close coordination with supply chain, finance team, and rigorous monitoring of costs vs budgets

- Collaborate with the Web team to identify and drive implementation of high-impact tech roadmap features

- Setup necessary processes to ensure improvement in key operational KPIs across the supply chain, customer service, product content

- Benchmark competition, identify assortment gaps, and drive online exclusive assortment growth with the category team

Ecommerce Growth & Profitability

- Manage products, placement, promotions, people to drive growth across online channels

- Revenue planning / budgeting to ensure revenue targets are achieved

- Setup necessary processes to ensure improvement in key operational KPIs across supply chain, customer service, product content

- Benchmark competition, identify assortment gaps and drive online exclusive assortment growth with the category team

- Collaborate with the Web team to identify and drive implementation of high-impact tech roadmap features

- Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives to improve profitability - deliver on profitability goals

- Engage with market place partners to create Joint Business plans, identify opportunities for fast-tracking growth
