We have an urgent requirement with one of the french MNC into Home & Kitchen Appliances at Delhi
Designation : E-Commerce Head
Profile :
- P&L responsibility & build growth pipelines.
- Monetization, pricing-promotion strategy, traffic & conv-rate growth Planning
- Devised growth strategies for Top-Line & Bottom-Line
- Managing the business and growth of the categories.
- Improve the Category P&L by operational cost optimizations, negotiating exclusives,and ROI based
- Merchandising across all channels (SEM, CRM, Affiliates, Social et. al).
- Optimizing reach propositions, by cross-selling, up-selling, targeting right product to customers, increasing the basket size, etc.
- Also, improving the customer experience by making discovery of the product easier.
- Liaising with internal support teams like Marketing, Catalog, Design, Merchant Operations etc and external agencies like techbloggers for seamless functioning and best customer experience.
