eCommerce Head - Healthcare

- 8 Plus years post qualification experience; in Ecommerce Management, Product Development, Omni Channel, Vendor Management, Business Development. Exposure to Sales & Marketing would be an added advantage

- Should have held Ecommerce responsibility for Pharma / Retail driven company or should have operated as a strong Manager in a larger company in the Pharma / Retail / Consumer Goods/ FMCG Industry. Should have handled end to end Ecommerce Management - Category Management, Product Development, Omni channel, Digital Marketing, Inventory Management

- Completely responsible for establishing and growing the online-business model and run it like an independent business unit. Shall be the Profit-center head.

- Formulate & execute company's E-pharmacy strategy

- Working closely with the other stake-holders within the organisation and integrate the online and offline business in order to achieve synergies. Demonstrated ability to develop or enhance web-based services that meet consumer needs or solve business problems.

- Evaluate and identify appropriate technology/distribution platforms for delivering the company's services

- Ability to communicate effectively on the E-Pharmacy strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders.

- Lay down a whole systems framework and processes for all stores and online processes.

- Shall be responsible for technology innovation and how it can we leveraged for further improving the business needs

- Strong stakeholder management. Both internal as well as external. Manage vendor relationships.

- Over viewing the complete daily operations of the online-business and laying down systems and process, distribution model, marketing

- Heading the P&L of the business end-to-end, doing leadership across online retail.

- Drive the Online Pharmacy distribution model with a strong focus on profitability & sustainability
