eCommerce Head - Health & Wellness Startup - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (5-15 yrs)

Our client is a global start-up and a fast growing and upcoming CHC business with high-quality and differentiated brands playing in multiple health and wellness categories in key geographies of US, UK, India and the Middle East.
We are looking for Head of Ecommerce. Top pedigree MBAs with 5-15 years of experience of working in the US as well as India Market.
- Candidates who have been entrepreneurs and have worked in the Global Markets and are willing to come back to the corporate world Or have handled E-Com Marketplaces in US.
The role:
- Responsible for the e-commerce P&L globally.
- Grow annual e-commerce sales volumes, revenues and market share across markets (focus on US & India) and platforms working collaboratively with the CEO & Business/Sales/Marketing teams to ensure targets are delivered overall, that the online/offline experience is integrated.
- This role focuses on analyzing, reviewing, recommending and building strategic and tactical changes to Internet Properties that drive business profitability by increasing visitors, improving conversion rates, capturing larger average order sizes.
- Build the online presence, visibility and equity of the brands in an efficient and effective manner across the digital eco-system of search, social and other media
