eCommerce Head- FMCG/Pharma (5-10 yrs)
- Responsible for setting up the Ecommerce channel vertical with expertise in GTM strategy, Terms of Trade negotiations, JBP & Performance Marketing. Responsible for driving Channel top line & ensuring optimum ROI.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Set up the GTM strategy for Ecommerce channel with key focus towards Market place & e-Pharmacies.
- Responsible for closure of favourable Terms of Trade and JBP with top customers
- Liaising with internal Marketing Team in driving Performance Marketing & Digital activations.
- Work with cross functional Teams like Supply chain, Finance & Brands in ensuring optimum service levels (OTIF) execution of event led activations & business hygiene.
- Negotiates Promotions/Activations with buyers of eCommerce accounts
- Tracks & Reports Analysis on Promotional evaluation, customer point of sale information, strategic initiatives with key stakeholders.
- Tracks POS data for accounts location wise (Micro marketing opportunities) and scans for opportunities and shares the same with internal stakeholders
- Drive optimum service levels ( Fill rate 90%) thru effectively Demand Forecasting & coordination with Internal Supply chain and Customers
- Organize and conduct TTT ( Top to Top Meetings ) with key customers and Leadership Team of Torrent Pharma
- Innovate and Design activations in the areas of display/ search word optimization, penetration drive & retention along with key stakeholders
- Develop and maintain Great relationship with Ecommerce customers which helps in building partnerships and growing business together.
- Appoints and works with agencies in tracking and monitoring Key performance metrics on the platform
- Use Data analytics tool in tracking offtake , Traffic , impressions, conversion (CTR , ROAS)
- Understand the interplay between the various investment and returns drivers and manage them to drive optimum ROI for the channel
- Coordinate with the front end execution teams for operational issues
- Work in tandem with Brand and Customer Marketing to build plans for categories and execute them. Integral part of Brands plans to drive Digital & Ecommerce
