- To be the expert on ecommerce opportunities by building relationships to drive agreed business growth and turnover

- Responsible for business and market development and scope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share

- Maximise growth and accelerate rate of new customer acquisition

- Gain market intelligence and competitive landscape mapping to identify emerging trends and opportunities

- Sets sales policies to ensure overall brand impression is positive and cohesive

- Innovate and activate key launches, campaigns and collaborations with marketing and digital for impactful brand presence leading to business

- Measure, manage and report e-commerce sales and ROI activities and make adjustments as necessary

- Develops and cross functionally (Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance) execute comprehensive on-line sales and e-commerce Business Development Plans
