Ecommerce Head - Startup - Beauty/Health/Wellness/FMCG

This role is ideal for an E-Commerce & Sales specialist looking to lead D2C business from product ideation to set-up, marketing execution and post-analysis. We are looking for fast tracker minds who can partner with the Founder to both develop and execute potential into opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Anchor and grow the e-commerce business & distribution strategy.

- Managing the primary marketplace - Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa and others.

- Key Account Management - managing the various POCs and Category teams.

- D2C lead and digital media specialist implement & optimize the D2C media strategy, including SEO

- Design, implement and execute D2C vertical by managing the P&L including marketplace channels.

- Enable eCommerce capabilities by championing the D2C and B2B product roadmaps by working closely with Team.

- Develop customer acquisition strategies that drive awareness, traffic, and conversion, including search, display, retargeting, social, influencer, affiliate, and PR to support growth plans and key initiatives in partnership with the Marketing team

- Extensive D2C customer acquisition experience in high growth online businesses
