We are looking for a e-Commerce Analytics Consultant for a niche management consulting firm based at Bengaluru

Work Timings : 5 days working, ; Working from Office Roster basis;

CTC : Industry Standards

Experience : Min 4-8 years , experience in e-Commerce domain MANDATE

Education : Graduate from Premier Engg School + MBA from Premier Institute ( Pref)

Job Description

The role requires an individual with 4-8 years of experience in the e-Commerce analytics or managing portfolio. Experience in e-Commerce platform implementation would be an added advantage.

1. Understanding of the E-Commerce marketplace and data sources. Hands on experience in working with data is required

2. Prior experience in E-Commerce industry can help understand the business requirements better

3. Understanding of User journey on Ecommerce to provide ideas on how different data sources can bring in multiple perspectives to generate insights

4. Prior experience in marketing analytics is an added advantage

5. Prior experience of managing a product, handling a dashboard is an added advantage

6. Working with multiple stakeholders and across business and tech teams

7. Capability to handle budget, effort tracking and product roadmap building with a 3rd party agency

8. Project delivery to ensure the project is delivered on time

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to work on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution

- Comfortable with applying technical solutions to business/technical problems through customer interactions, design, debugging, testing, and integration/implementation

- Exposure to e-commerce Platform implementation or e-Commerce analytics is a plus

- Updated with the recent changes in the e-Commerce domain on the business and technical trends

- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues
