eCommerce Analytics Consultant (2-10 yrs)
Role Summary: -
The role requires an individual with 4-8 years of experience in e-Commerce analytics or managing portfolio. Experience in e-Commerce platform implementation would be an added advantage.
Job Description:
- Understanding of the E-Commerce marketplace and data sources. Hands-on experience in working with data is required.
- Prior experience in the E-Commerce industry can help understand the business requirements better.
- Understanding of User journey on Ecommerce to provide ideas on how different data sources can bring in multiple perspectives to generate insights.
- Prior experience in marketing analytics is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in managing a product, handling a dashboard is an added advantage.
- Working with multiple stakeholders and across business and tech teams.
- Capability to handle the budget, effort tracking and product roadmap building with a 3rd party agency.
- Project delivery to ensure the project is delivered on time.
Educational Qualifications:
- Strong educational background from a reputed engineering and management school.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution.
- Comfortable with applying technical solutions to business/technical problems through customer interactions, design, debugging, testing, and integration/implementation.
- Minimum 4-8 years of work experience in the e-Commerce domain is preferred.
- Exposure to e-commerce Platform implementation or e-Commerce analytics is a plus.

- Updated with the recent changes in the e-Commerce domain on the business and technical trends.

- Clear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issues.
- Ability to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach.
