Pinnacle Solutions is looking fwd to hire for the profile of Alliances & Affiliates Manager for one of its key eCommerce clients based out of Gurgaon.

Preferred education (Strictly) : IIT/ DCE/ NSIT/ NIT/ St.Stephens/ Hindu/ SRCC/ CBS (No MBA's plz)

Key responsibilities-

- Identify and establish new alliance opportunities with banks/ payments partners, leading online + offline brands to grow customer reach

- Manage and grow existing alliance relationships (pretty large accounts - largest Indian banks, ecommerce firms & so on)

- Manage existing online affiliates, both networks and direct publishers, and identify new opportunities to grow business through these channels

- Negotiate profitable terms with alliance & affiliate partners

- Driven to identify new growth opportunities for the company

Key skills required-

- 1-2 years of strong work exp. in sales/ marketing backgrounds (firms such as Google, Facebook, Nestle, ITC, offline media cos.)

- Some online experience could be helpful, but not required/ necessary

- Ability to work with aggressive targets and over-achieve

- Ability to deal with senior management/ marketing teams at big brands

- Display strong value proposition under constraints and convince partners for tie-ups

- Strong communication (written & verbal)

- Strong negotiation skills

- Proactive & entrepreneurial - willing to work in flexible and dynamic startup environment

- Good educational background - Leading under-grad colleges - Delhi University (SRCC, Stephens, CBS, LSR, Hindu), St. Xaviers Mumbai/ Kolkata, Symbiosis Pune, NSIT, BITS, DCE, etc. Strongly prefer pre-MBAs
