Ecom Express - Manager/Senior Manager - Solutions Design & Planning

Looking for a highly competitive individual for 3PL & E-fulfillment business unit. (PAN India Fulfillment Centers Operations);

KEY RESULT AREAS:

- CAPEX preparation and Budget Control Analysis for Infrastructure Setup

- Handling end- to- end management and commissioning of project deliverables with in-house setup of Fulfillment -Centers-Warehouses and Hubs/DCs as well as external vendors and stakeholders associated with the Setup Project

- Managing and leading team members; allocating resources and guiding team members during the project, till final delivery

- Delivering and implementing the project as per schedule deadlines and charter; extending post-implementation and maintenance support

- Administering Site Supervisory Staff so as to ensure safety and Quality of the project deliverables

- Design and Measure Operational Efficiency for FCs and Hubs/DCs.

- Design Processes, Time Motion Evaluation and Control Methods, Root Cause Analysis to improve outcomes

- Cost vs Storage analysis for Inventory and Operations

- Managing the CAD design team for FC Designs and all Infrastructure Requirements and Designs
