- should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems and be able to analyze data and gather actionable conclusions.
- Operating in a rapidly changing environment will require the candidate to be adept at dealing with ambiguous, new and challenging situations.
The candidate will be comfortable in executing repeatable processes.
The unique person who can present complex mathematical solutions in a simple manner that most will understand, including customers.

Create, maintain and document a robust set of metrics to monitor day-to-day bug detection and long-term performance tracking.
Have strong understanding of best practices, standards and guidelines in each technology/product and apply same to produce high quality deliverables
Should be able to take responsibility for the software life cycle - set up all environment, design, code, test, repository mgmt and deployments as applicable and as required.
