Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Positions to join our growing team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B technical sales within the construction domain, preferably concrete admixtures, and a strong network in the infrastructure and construction ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and achieve sales targets in assigned territory
- Promote and sell concrete admixtures and related construction chemical products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients including contractors, project consultants, and construction firms
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure client satisfaction
- Submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven 4-5 years of field sales experience in construction (admixtures preferred)
- Strong knowledge of civil/construction industry operations
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and close long-cycle deals
Educational Background:
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering strongly preferred
