We are looking for professional in Investment Banking domain who have been working in financial services, highly driven, result oriented and can work in a third party set up.   Job Description - Responsibilities :   - Understanding of Trade Lifecycle functions viz. Affirmations/Trade Matching/Confirmations, Trade Allocations, Reconciliations - Cash/Position/Brokerage/Inter system, Product lifecycle checks, Pre & Post Settlement, Reference Data, Corporate Actions, Brokerage/Commissions, Margin & Collateral Management, Operations Control reporting, Treasury reporting, Portfolio Compliance activities (Trade & email surveillance)  - Working knowledge of Financial Products/Asset Classes such as Cash (Equity & FI), OTC (Clearing, Bilateral, Novation), FX, Futures & Options, Equity Swaps/CFDs and commodities  - Managing 70 plus team members and managers in a 24- 5 service support environment  - Effectively coordinating with internal teams viz. Information Security, Knowledge Management, Quality, Human Resources, BCP, Networks, Software Services, Administration, Infrastructure, Revenues, Corporate Finance, and Onsite Relationship Management to ensure smooth functioning of operations  - Client Relationship management (from Offshore location) - Periodic calls with key stakeholders, continually understanding their goals and aligning team efforts to realize it. Maintain strong rapport with all external stakeholders.  - Team management - Effective People Management skills, Mentoring new managers & team leads, ensuring all administrative functions are being carried out effectively and in timely manner  - Transition management - Vendor to Vendor, Client to Vendor (as and when required)  - Project Management - Understand Short term project requirements and drive to execution  - Re-engineer processes, Implement Automation/RPA post identification of improvement opportunities  - Draft SLAs & discuss with client to mutually agree; Ensure strict adherence and reporting post agreement  - SME role - sharing, receiving and Implementing best practices within the organisation  - Planning costs & ensure optimized use of all available resources   - Creating and implementing backup plan for team; succession planning for self  - Assisting sales team by participating in new business pitch - RFI, RFQ, RFP and presentation  Location : Pune   Shift : 1:00 pm to 10.30 pm  Reema Ahuja
