We are looking for professional with Management (MBA) Graduate with 10+ years of experience;highly driven, result oriented and can work in a third party set up. Primary responsibilities involve: - Developing project documents including, but not limited to project charters, project plans with deliverables and dependencies, project mandates, a communication plan and status reporting - Assisting the Client Management Team with identification of project engagements and scoping - Managing the progress of the project against quality standards, targets and budgets and challenging actions, results and activities where necessary - Ensuring that all parties are aware of the project scope, the benefits that it expects to deliver, the benefits it actually realizes and the project timelines - Resolving or (where appropriate) escalating issues and risks and ensuring that appropriate corrective action is taken - Effectively communicating with key project stakeholders on project progress - Taking responsibility for quality assurance within the projects by overseeing that Program Services methodologies, standards and procedures are being implemented regionally - Establishing credibility with all levels of the Client Management The candidate must have : - A proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects/programs (10 years + experience) - Deep understanding of Project Management methods (Waterfall and/or Agile) - Solid experience in business analysis and change management area - Proven organizational, leadership and management skills - Ability to command a room and manage meetings with many senior participants - Ability to communicate effectively to senior managers - Ability to command attention from senior managers - Ability to produce clear, concise reporting - Solid strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution and decision making skills - Strong presentation development skills - At least basic knowledge about IT processes in project management area such as application development, testing, implementation - Proven ability to communicate with all levels of Management in a clear, concise manner &nbsp;Other attributes : - Delivery focused - Process oriented - Attentive to detail - Demanding - Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures - Sufficient credibility to direct project teams and senior management in relation to the project - Tact, discretion and diplomacy &nbsp;Other skills : - Solid facilitation skills - Effective relationship management and influencing skills - Time management skills - The ability to create agreement among differing stakeholder &nbsp;MS Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio Nice to have : - SharePoint development and administration skills - PMP/Prince 2 certificate - A Financial Services and/or Consultancy background, with a strong understanding of structured project management within the Financial Services arena.
