Relevant:5 years  Qualification: MBA in Marketing from top tier 1/ tier 2 colleges is desirable  Skills / Experience Required:  Must haves:  - At least 5 years of consulting experience. (designing digital marketing strategies, demand generation, campaign flows)  - Hands-on experience in executing/managing digital campaigns across channels Email, Web, Search, Ads, Social.  - Thought leader, with an excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing strategy and platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, SiteCore, Oracle marketing cloud etc.  - Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, i.e., being able to interface with Manager to VP level stakeholders and craft digital strategy, conduct digital workshops, summits  - Should have good understanding of campaign performance metrics and success parameters  - Should be aware of various compliance related requirements of digital campaigns e.g. anti-spam laws, restrictions on 3rd party cookies etc.   - Should have knowledge of important happenings and new trends in the digital marketing domain.   Good to haves:  - Outsourcing / offshoring experience  - Experience with marketing platforms and certifications would be a plus  Key Competencies:  Technology 1 Digital Marketing, Strategy, Consultancy  Technology 2 Marketing Automation  Roles & Responsibilities:  Job Responsibilities:  - Need to work as an individual contributor, consultant for our clients, while still being part of larger Marketing Automation, Campaign Ops practice within eClerx and bring synergies  - Extensive interaction with clients/stakeholders for consulting on their Digital Marketing strategic roadmap  - Support sales and engagement team with solutions for net new as well as growing existing opportunities  - Extensive client communication, project management and problem solving.  Shift timing: EMEA/US  Location: Mumbai
