eClerx - AVP - Investment Banking/Capital Market

Skills / Experience Required :

- Preferable relevant work experience in similar domain and team management skills

- Strong business understanding of the finance industry with special focus on Capital Markets and Derivatives, Investment banking backend processes or securities operations

- Analytical and Problem solving abilities, Excellent communication and team management skills, Leadership, ability to impact Customer directly, quality consciousness and Relationship building and networking skills

- Must have strong capabilities in MS Word & PowerPoint

- In addition they need to possess strategic perspective, business acumen, action orientation and drive for results.

- Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel plus interaction with and management of eClerx India based operations team

- Ability to work with teams across time-zones and cultures

- Excellent multi-tasking and creative problem solving

- Management graduate from a premier business school with 10+ years of experience

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing different teams (Docs, Collateral, Listed, etc)

- Responsible to manage a team size of ~100 people

- Ensure timely execution of all operational deliverables as per the agreed quantity and quality SLAs

- Client interactions on a day to day basis to provide timely resolution to any client requests / feedback.

- Flexibility in travel across locations - our financial services is based out of both Pune and Mumbai and the candidate will be required to spend a sufficient amount of time in both locations

- Responsible for lead hiring, training, On-boarding, resource allocation, delivery management, performance appraisals, mentoring, attrition management.

- Liaising with shared services to facilitate timely completion of business deliverables, as necessary
