Detailed Job/ Role Description:

- Will be responsible for design and development of analytics solutions

- Involved in providing solutions by understanding business processes, using appropriate technology & science / mathematics

- Will be leading a team of developers and analysts and will work along with the operations and onsite team

- Will be responsible for project management and delivery

- Will be responsible for stakeholder management and communications

- Will be responsible for introducing new concepts/technologies within the team

- Will be responsible of mentoring junior developers and analysts

Essential skill-set required:

- Strong communication skills. Verbal as well as written.

- Engineer / MBA from Premier Institute with 7-9 years of experience.

- Problem solving ability in different/new/diversified situations and scenarios.

- Hands on experience in using Statistical Techniques / Mathematical Modeling / Business Analytics tools like R / SPSS / SAS

- Experience of leading teams to deliver analytics solutions.
