Domain knowledge in one or more of the following areas :

- KYC and Client Onboarding

- Derivative Operations

- Risk and Financial Reporting

- Asset Servicing

- Ref data

Operations :

- Proven track record of managing complex Operations.

- Ability to meet client expectations with respect to SLAs, KPI and KRIs

- Delivery of productivity gains and identify and implement process improvements

- Possess strategic perspective, business acumen, action orientation and drive for results

- Ability to present and lead client meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders

- Ability to understand and analyze complex problems, methodically devise and present a solution, and apply sound judgment independently

- Well-organized with ability to prioritize effectively and multi-task, while working independently. Track record of coping with pressured timelines and deliverables.

Personal :

- Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and in a global team structure

- Ability to earn the trust of stakeholders and act as a consultant to the client needs.

Good to have :

- Industry certifications in the Investment Banking area

- PMP, Prince2 or equal certification for Project Management skills

- Exposure to robotics and automation tools/techniques

- Six Sigma or LEAN certification and associated project delivery experience

Technology Competencies :

Must have :

- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

- MS Project

Good to have :

- Exposure to Technology /IT implementation

- Process Mapping tools (Igrafx, MS Visio or similar tools)

Roles & Responsibilities :

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for managing diverse set of processes, ranging from Client Onboarding to Trade Lifecycle

Delivery Management :

- Ensure that all client commitments are met with respect to the quantity and quality of deliverables

- Ensure all productivity gains are delivered to the client as agreed

- Interact and identify current and potential problem areas and work to remediate quickly

- Maintain strong client focus and build relationships with direct and indirect client stakeholders

- Ensure that hiring, training, deployment of resources and oversee the delivery of work

- Work closely with the multiple teams to plan and forecast and ensure that the plan are executed without any disruptions

- Plan for Business Continuity for all operations

People Management :

- Responsible for managing team of 100+ people

- Ensure timely resource hiring. Responsible for performance management of the team.

- Manage attrition levels in the team by implementing retention strategies

- Implement knowledge management strategies in the group

Business Development :

- Identify business opportunities in the engagement

- Collaborate with Business Development to work on sales strategy and sales pitches.
