We are looking for professional Graduate/ Management (MBA) Graduate with 9+ years of experience;highly driven, result oriented and can work in a third party set up. - 9+ Years of experience in investment banking operations involving projects, people, process and client mgmt. - Preferable relevant work experience in program and project management in IB Operations (Cash Equities, Derivatives) or Reference Data (Product) or Risk & Finance domains. Experience in running front to back projects will be beneficial. - Analytical and Problem solving abilities, Excellent communication and team management skills, Leadership, ability to impact Customer directly, quality consciousness and Relationship building and networking skills - In addition, they need to possess strategic perspective, business acumen, action orientation and drive for results. - Excellent interpersonal skills ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel plus interaction with and management of eClerx India based operations team. - Excellent multi-tasking, stakeholder management and creative problem solving skills. - Ability to work with teams across time-zones and cultures.
