Role of Product Manager :

Product Manager will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle of CODERED ( A subscription based learning platform)

What you would be doing :

- Gathering requirements by working closely with the business team. Understanding the business team's pain points and figuring out the right solutions that solve the issues holistically and intelligently.

- Constantly analyze the product performance against ROI, KPIs, and other metrics and driven to improve performance

- User experience goes a long way in defining product success. The candidate is expected to work on wireframes and to work with the design team to come up with UI/ UX that results in great customer experience.

- Working closely with the development team and testing team to build and launch products

- Understanding the industry trends and benchmarking against the best practices and best products in the market. Innovation is the key to stay ahead in the market and bringing in product innovation is what we will be keenly looking at

- Managing the rollout strategy of the product and continuously measuring the success metrics of the product rollout

- Employ data backed product development methodology to improve user experience and feature prioritization.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience as a product manager driving significant cross-organizational solutions to closure.

- Should have experience in dealing with Subscription based business.

- Experience in IT Education/Training/Professional certification or similar industry

- Professional experience in Product Management preferably within a digital business.

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent work experience combined with some post secondary education.

- Product Management certification a plus.

- Work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Tenacity and ample product leadership experience enabling you to lead and organize complex, multi-quarter projects.

- Strong familiarity with digital marketing.
