Responsibilities:

- Understand our target audience, competitors as well as general innovation relevant to our industry

- Translate technical details into benefits for the user

- Follow and analyze market trends to position products

- Develop marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)

- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels

- Work with various teams (design, content, certification, product, sales) to implement strategies

- Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy

- Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

- Work closely with product development team to determine the most profitable course for each existing and new product

- Create training materials and training programs for each member of the outside sales team

- Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high quality leads for our company

- Develop marketing plans specific for the territory, for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning.

- Provide customer use-case examples to engineering and is the primary bridge between customer feedback and requirements and production teams

Key skills and qualification:

- You will have to collaborate with multiple teams across the business. This will often include the sales and marketing department, the production, R&D and certification departments, the PR and senior executives of the company

- The ability to speak and write to a high standard is crucial. You will frequently have to present new products and write engaging copy, telling the story of products, for various marketing channels.

- A crucial part of being a product marketing manager is gaining insight into customer needs and experiences. Analysis of data, surveys and customer interviews will be part of this mix and you need to be well acquainted with these techniques.

- Min. 8 years of relevant experience from training industry is a must

- MBA or equivalent is a must
