EC-Council - Executive Director - Information Security Consulting Division

JOB TITLE : Executive Director

REPORTING TO: CEO EC-Council

SUMMARY OF JOB ROLE AND FUNCTIONS :

1. Setting up and leading the Information Security Consulting division by hiring and managing skilled resources with specialized expertise and building niche offerings to corporate clients such as Risk advisory services, IT governance, IT integrated compliance, security GRC metrics, forensics, mobile security, Managed risk services, DQI (ERP conversions), software license compliance, data privacy, data leakage, Identity and access management, PACS (physical access control systems), business continuity management/disaster recovery planning, people risk assessment, PCI data security, ISO 27001 compliance, SIEM & SOC, application integrity and security development lifecycle along with any other service the candidate can include.

2. Lead the development of the following services in particular :

- Penetration testing (internal and external), Risk Management (HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOX, Incident response, Gap Analysis, Forensics Services, ISO 27001,CERT Implementation and training etc.).

3. Build proposal and report templates to global industry consulting standards.

4. To work closely with the Business Development Team to close engagements, execute deals and deliveries.

5. Head the consulting projects technically and managing delivery remotely as well as Onsite Deployment of Security engineers.

6. Build strategies in collaboration with the Business Development team to increase market penetration attract more business.

7. Build a strong competitor analysis and pricing strategy along with clearly establishing USPs of services offered.

8. Supervise and lead the department in attaining ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CMS, CoBit etc accreditations.

9. Help make EC-Council Global Services as a formidable player in the global security services segment.

COMPETENCIES :

1. At least 10 years of Hands-on experience in performing Information Security Consulting Services in local and global organizations with complete deployment, and delivery.

2. At least 5 years of experience in managing the P&L of an IT Security Consulting Division, supervising teams and delivering complete reports and TOT to the end client.

3. Ability to handle multi tasks simultaneously and willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines in a startup culture.

4. Team Leadership - Ability to take command, being in charge while providing vision and group management motivation.

5. Ability to manage the P & L and ensure high profitability in line with the company expectations without compromising quality.

6. Ability to provide Scope, proposals, cost estimations and project plan for consulting assignments.

7. Strong interpersonal and technical skills to train and mentor the staff and add additional specializations to the offerings.

8. Presentation skills to demonstrate service offerings to the C-Level executives.

9. Industry certifications (Preferred) with such as CEH, CHFI, ECSA, LPT, CISM, PCI DSS QSA, CISA, CRISC, SANS Certifications, CISSP, CISO etc.
