- Creating and executing profitable strategies for conferences and events
- Overall management of the Division fitting into the organizations value proposition
- Creating and managing strategic partnerships with trade publications, strategic partners and associations
- Achieving financial objectives by preparing an overall annual events budgets and scheduling expenses
- Developing, implementing and monitoring systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the Division
- Working with external third parties to assess partnerships, endorsements and licensing opportunities
- Maintaining adequate staff strength by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
