eBest IOT - Senior Business Development Manager (6-10 yrs)

We are looking for Senior Business Development Manager to lead our Business Operations in Asia. This role will be responsible for driving our strategic vision across all our existing as well as future customers. 


- This candidate will represent our company in Sr. Management level interactions with customers and help to shape our IOT product development by working closely with product and engineering teams.

- The position is full-time and based in our Noida, India office reporting into the Chief Operations Office.

- Drive sales, pre-sales and business development activities for overall growth of the company.

- Involve in pre-sales and post-sales solution implementation activities, promote companies products and services and acting as a solutions evangelist.

- Participate in sales call with sales management and meetings with prospects.

- Work with channel partners, internally and externally to support lead generation, marketing and responding to customer needs.

- Stay current with trends and developments in the IT world to identify business opportunities.

- Attend industry conferences to network and develop industry experts. Identify technology partners and build partner relationship.

- Gather competitive intelligence regarding pricing and industry trends.

- Respond to request for proposals (RFP) in a timely and accurate fashion. Drafting and reviewing contracts

- Create sales material, presentation and websites.

- Conduct professional and informative sales presentations. Establish, develop, strengthen and maintain relationship at all levels of the target account.

- Work with customers to identify challenges that our solution can solve.

- Support delivery of projects with Kick-off of engagement and work closely with delivery teams to assist with staffing and team building.

- Plan and monitor project schedules, cost and resources and track milestones and deliverables.

- Track all activities against the plans, providing regular and accurate reports to senior management, project office and client management as appropriate.

- Manage and lead team members, allocating work among team members and guiding team members during the project till final delivery

Requirements : 

- Excellent communication (Verbal & Written both)

- Stakeholder management skills

- Proven ability to negotiate

- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy

- Conflict resolution

- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team

- Experience working to and exceeding targets

Qualifications : 

-MBA or equivalent

- At least 6-8 years of professional experience in Business Management, preferably from CPG industry

- Strong decision-making skills with successful experience influencing cross-functional teams
