Job Description : 1. Own and execute Marketing automation requirements using tools like Clevertap/MoEngage/WebEngage 2. Own Customer Retention and Repeat KPIs. Design and execute First Purchase/ First to Second Purchase engagement campaigns 3. Work with Product team to define the features required for increasing growth and retention 4. Design and Implement CLVs for various segments of customers 5. Continuous experiment and run A/B Testing on campaigns, messaging and targeting to improve ROI. 6. Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implementing the learnings Requirement : 1. 6-10 Years of experience in Product Marketing. Experience with online/e-commerce companies a must. 2. Must experience with at least one of the tools (or similar) like Clevertap/MoEngage/Web Engage. Please mention which tool(s) you have worked with in your resume. 3. Strong analytical and reporting skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. 4.
