We are looking for a Senior Leader to lead and drive the product vision and product development for the consumer products of EazyDiner (Mobile Apps/Website). As a Senior Product Management Leader, you own the full lifecycle of the products you build, from conception to its launch, as well as ensuring its continued success after release. In our team, you will be the advocate for the user, the one who focuses on the future and a strong partner to all of our teams, from Engineering and Insights, to Design and Marketing. Key responsibilities include - Definition of Product strategy and prioritization for the owned domains/products - Work very closely with various business units and technology team, to ensure products designed and developed deliver the business and customer needs. - Build deep understanding of customer needs from research, customer visits, data and competitive analysis, purchase funnels, and insights from other business units. - Work closely with UX designers to create the optimum UX for their features. May need to create wireframes to guide UX designers. - Own the conversion funnel. Improve and Optimize. - Ability to understand data, define metrics. Also, bold enough to make decisions based on intuition. Requirements - - Highly developed skills for problem solving and strategic thinking - Understanding of technology, product development, product management, product planning - Attention to detail and ability to visualize things - Team player, with the ability to motivate the team to improve each day. - Excellent communication skills. You can structure and organize your work easily. - Ability to collaborate across departments or manage projects or programs - Technical and/or software development background with a technical degree strongly preferred. Must haves - Technical and/or software development background with a technical degree strongly preferred. - 4+ years experience in Product Management, total experience more than 7 years - Experience in building and driving e-commerce products is a must. - Great understanding of user experience across platforms.
