Director - Software Sales (SAAS) Director of Software Sales is responsible for overall growth and development of LiveTable software and increase sales in the market place. LiveTable is our Restaurant Management Software, it helps restaurants to run more efficiently. The role also incudes the management of after-sales services and ensuring the client concerns are addressed in timely manner. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the overall growth in sales in India by co-ordinating with City Heads - Understanding the trends in the market place with competition products and ensuring timely product development with Product Team - Working with clients (restaurants) closely to be able to get their feedbacks and improve product accordingly - Achieving installation, revenue and product active usage targets - Ensuring processes are followed at all levels and improving systems for more efficiency - Keeping abreast with information regarding the food &amp; beverage industry and the restaurant and hotel industry. - Keep a close eye on competition and be smart to strategize various campaigns to keep EazyDiner as the most preferred platform for users and restaurant partners. - Keep regular follow up with city's LiveTable Team and ensuring they are given directions to grow consistently in market over competition - Ensuring activity on all kind of relative social media channels to increase engagement with market place and users - Developing tutorials to be able to make it easy to adapt for user base - Ensuring minimum training hours are achieved both with internal team and product end users at restaurants - Ensuring teams in all cities are motivated at all times to drive sales - Ensuring that the team is always updated with latest technologies in the business operating and how we can adapt to best practices Essential Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) - Preferably from Food Tech Sales back ground with good knowledge on food technology and restaurant operations - Experience of minimum 5-7 years in Hospitality or Food Tech Companies with strong sales orientation - Data-driven decision making and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking - Creative solutions driven mindset, with a - get things done- attitude - Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen - Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail - True passion for sales and creatively finds ways to make sales people more productive
