EasyRewardz - Delivery Manager - Analytics

Responsibilities : 

- Work with a team comprising of Data Analysts, Data Strategists, Big data developers & Data Scientists.

- Nodal contact for all product & service deliveries related to Analytics Strategy & Product verticals.

- Provide strategic leadership to help build the CX stack of our Enterprise product suite.

- Play an active consulting role for our Enterprise clients to best adopt & implement our product suite. This can be at any point in the customer lifecycle.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest technological advances in the Apache Spark community, ML/AI stacks & sharing the same with the team.

- Liaison with key business stakeholders & maintain multiple stakeholder relationships at all levels

- Monitor market & industry trends for Enterprise buyer personas, competitive propositions and help develop marketing programs with relevant teams.

Experience & Skills

- The successful applicant will:

- Have an in-depth understanding of Enterprise SaaS Data Analytics & visualization applications like Tableau, Alteryx etc.

- Be data-driven, analytical and strategic

- Have proven global experience

- Have previously worked in a matrix organisation

- Have worked in client facing strategy consulting role.

- Technical skills or qualification should include:

- Proficiency in R/Python with modelling & implementation experience in some of these methods: Regression, Decision Trees, CART, Random Forest, Boosting, Evolutionary Programming, Neural Networks, Fuzzy Systems, Bayesian Belief

Networks, Support Vector Machines, Ensemble Methods, Association Rules, Singular Value Decomposition, Principal Component Analysis, Cluster Analysis

- Experience in some of these statistical applications: Collaborative Filtering, Personalization, Consumer Segmentation, NLP, Text Analytics, Information Retrieval, Search Relevance.

- Familiarity with time-series analysis and implications on how to model and test

- Solid data management and statistical modeling skills using the following tools: Python/R, MySQL/Cassandra and Excel

- Understanding of Big data technologies & analytical stacks - Java, Spark/Cassandra is a plus.

- Able to focus on the detail as well as the bigger picture.
