Requirements :

- 6-10 Years of total experience in Internet Product domain with minimum 3 years of experience in product management.

- Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management stages & processes.

- Experience of customer insights, market research, voice of customer etc.

- Experience of competitive Analysis and identifying USPs/Gaps.

- Experience of data analysis and business intelligence.

- Experience of product ownership from conceptualization till mature releases.

- Experience of working/interfacing with other functions - Engineering, Business Developer/Sales, Operations, Partners.

- Preparing and tracking product strategy, roadmap, Sprints.

- Proper articulation/documentation of business case/plan and requirements.

- Ability to mentor and guide junior product managers and associates.

- Self-driven, confident, excellent team player and collaborator.

- Ability to clearly communicate among team members.

- Past experience of working as a Software Developer/Sr Developer/Technical Lead.

- Experience of working at least in one tech product startup for minimum 2 years.

Education:

- B- Tech/BE/MCA Degree from a reputed university. MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Own a quantitative goal related to impact of the product

2. Own a complete end-to-end product - identify product requirements, decide UX/UI and customer journey, prepare roadmap/sprints and track releases.

3. Engage with customers to collect feedback and issues.

4. Regularly conduct competitive analysis and identify gaps.

5. Detailed data analysis and identify insights

6. Innovate and bring substantial improvements in product functionality, usability and stability

7. Use and drive best practices of product management

8. A good problem solver

9. Mentor, guide and manage a small team of 2-3 junior product managers and analysts.

10. Closely monitor work of the team and provide timely feedback/assessment.

11. Closely interact with partners, business and operations team to regularly take feedback on the product for future improvements.

12. Maintain highly positive attitude and conducive working environment at all the times for the team members and peers

13. Always keep himself/herself updated about changing market trends, newer products/innovations. Spread the knowledge/awareness among team members regularly.
