The ideal candidate will be a senior person at middle level management who can handle team and have a life insurance expertise.He will be responsible for Insurer relationships along with getting Agreements & acquiring IMD codes etc, online product updations and has expert product knowledge of the life insurance market.

What You'll Do:

- Maintaining & Delivering Life Insurance Training Modules.

- Measuring & Enhancing Training Effectiveness.

- Analyzing Training Needs & Knowledge Gaps.

- Proactively taking capability enhancement measures.

- Monitoring quality of service delivery
