We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Head to help us strategize and execute marketing plans with efficiency. Someone who is data and analysis oriented and also has experience in leading teams, mentoring team members to perform at the next level.

In brief, the role would entail the following in varying degrees.

- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy

- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email and social media

- Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet

- Creating strategies to increase online traffic to the organization's website

- Tracking the conversions and improving the percentages and numbers

- Organize and lead digital marketing team

- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels

- Measure ROI and KPIs

- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget

- Measure and manage online content

- Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis

- Anticipate sales performance trends

CANDIDATE PROFILE

An ideal candidate profile would be the one with the following skills.

- Proven working experience of 8+ years in digital marketing

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
