Brief about this role: This role is ahigh visibility (upto to CXOs & investors),leadership, team management and strategic role responsible to drive processes, procedures and tools which would help in data mining, collection, visualization, reporting and sharing trends & insights to ensure better decision & strategy making at business level for the organization. Subsequently this role will also get involved in data modelling, predictive analytics, Machine learning/AI and algorithm designing. This role will be a part of overall Product Management team within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Learn, understand and document a complete range of data tables and resources of technology product and know how, when and which data sources to use.

2. Complete ownership of data analysis within the company. Work very closely with Product/Engineering owners, business owners, finance & reconciliation teams

3. Understand various business lines, goals and problems. Then use available past and current data to come up with reports, trends and insights to identify possible issues/corrections in the technology products, processes and strategy.

4. Identify and implement best-suited processes and tools (for dashboards, visualization, charts, graphs) to bring automation in Business and Data Analytics

5. Identify key metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)for various business & product owners and properly publish regular reports, trends and dashboard for those metrics and KPIs

6. Nurture and manage a team of experienced business and data analysts

7. Regularly preparing and presenting proper analysis, recommendations and insights to key stakeholders on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Qualification:

Requirements Proficiency level required -

- 8-15 Years of total workexperience in data-heavy business domains, internet technology companies, product companies or relevant industry where business and data analytics played a major contributor Expert

- Minimum last 4 years of experience in pure Business Intelligence and Data Analytics role involving responsibility of querying/extracting/collating data and making useful sense out of collated data Expert

- Very strong analytics skills - ability to start from unclear problem, identify and access relevant data sources, breakdown or combine data to make detailed analysis, arrive at trends/insights and draw conclusion relevant to unclear problem Expert

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel/Presentation, statistical analysis tools/techniques, reporting/visualization tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Microsoft BI Platform Expert

- Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and work effectively & independently in a fast-paced business environment with tight deadlines Expert

- Managed a team of business and data analysts and successfully delivered for challenging BI and Data Analytics goals impacting organizational's business goal Expert

- Established the processes and tools for BI and Data Analytics in the organizations Expert

- Experience of statistical tools like R and statistical techniques like Regression, Cluster Analysis Desirable

- Experience of Machine Learning and AI Desirable

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative discipline.
