EasyGov - Product Manager

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather insights from various stakeholders and help in shaping product requirements.

- Have strong analytical & creative skills in translating client needs to product functionalities.

- Continuously improve existing product and features to drive higher conversion or engagement.

- Convert product ideas into user stories & wireframes and get buy-in from key partners.

- Take ownership of successful implementation of product features through cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering and business team.

- Streamline project priorities based on clients needs and business goals.

Key Requirements :

- Minimum 3-4 years of product management experience in an online product set-up.

- Well-versed in requirement gathering, user-story and wireframe creation.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills to effectively craft product solutions.

- Familiarity with Jira, scrum and agile framework preferred.

- Understanding of web technologies and UX design principles.
