EasyEcom is an AI-based analytics-driven eCommerce platform catering to brands and omnichannel retailers like Epigamia, Swiss Military, Borosil, Prestige, and several others. The platform is seeing rapid adoption from brands globally. The team consists of experienced eCommerce veterans and a highly experienced technical team having more than 35 years of experience. We are backed by marquee investors from India and the US.

The product marketing team at EasyEcom is at the center of all our marketing efforts. Broadly, the team is responsible for reaching hundreds of millions of potential customers and telling them the story of how EasyEcom can help them with multi-channel inventory and order management. We're looking for an individual with 3-5 years of experience in content creation for a saas product, preferably in a B2B space. This role is for an Omni-Channel Commerce Product and an ideal candidate should have a good understanding of how companies are deploying an omnichannel strategy to build the next level of growth.

You'll be expected to:

- Orchestrate digital content strategies across all online platforms.

- Create compelling educational content around EasyEcom and educate potential users about the benefits of using the website, blog, and our community forums

- Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.

- Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.

- Repurpose Content into various forms including and not limited to slides, videos, podcasts, and infographics

- Monitor Search Engine Rankings closely along with competition and chalk out SEO-focused content strategy across geographies.

- Engage influencers and turn them into product advocates (brownie point)

An ideal candidate would be somebody with:

- Prior demonstrable experience in product marketing (strongly preferred)

- Ability to plan and create content relevant to a specific audience with a strong focus on SEO

- Expertise in social media platforms

- Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics

- Project management skills and attention to detail

- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences

- Self-starter and a go-getter

This role largely involves data-driven decision-making followed by content creation. If planning, research, and writing are something you don't enjoy, this isn't a role for you.
