- Understanding Crypto Market and Crypto Investment landscape

- Interacting with Institutional clients i.e. MFs, Insurance Cos, RIA's, PMS's, Financial distributors for regular business

- Meeting the clients on regular basis to understand their requirements and educating them on Company products.

- Proven skills in using excel and other financial tools

- Prior Experience in Research and sales would be added advantage

- Experience in Team Leadership, Motivation, team targets etc.

- Desired Candidate should be CA/ MBA from premium institute with extensive Sales Experience in hiring brokers and sub brokers

- Existing Relationship in the Market is mandatory to drive immediate results and sales for the company

- Setting up channels of sales of Brokers and Sub Brokers to invest in platform
